By downloading or using SaveMyTube, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Permitted use
SaveMyTube is provided for lawful personal archiving. You may download only material you own, public-domain material, or content you are authorized by the rights holder and applicable law to save. You remain responsible for platform terms, licenses, privacy, and copyright obligations.
Prohibited use
- Do not infringe copyright or other rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, paywalls, DRM, or technical protection measures.
- Do not use the service for unlawful distribution, harassment, malware, automated abuse, or unauthorized commercial exploitation.
- Do not interfere with the website, APIs, update service, or other users.
Third-party services
SaveMyTube is independent and is not endorsed by YouTube, Google, X, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo, or other platforms. Third-party services control their own availability, content, and terms. Support for a URL does not grant permission to download it.
Software and updates
We may provide optional or required updates for security, compatibility, or service continuity. Required updates do not install silently; you must approve installation through Android. We may change or discontinue features.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every source.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveMyTube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or claims arising from unauthorized downloading or third-party services.
Termination and governing law
We may restrict access for abuse or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of ADD YOUR GOVERNING JURISDICTION, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
